How To Fix The Country

We are moving in the wrong direction. In fact, almost every government act has been opposite of what is needed. What do we need to do to fix this country?
  • Phase out Social Security for those under 40 years of age
  • Phase out Medicare for those with Adjusted Gross Income exceeding $40,000 (adjusted for inflation)
  • Reduce social security withholding tax rate from 12.2% to 10% and make Social Security wage threshold unlimited
  • Close Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae
  • Reduce size of government by 1/3
  • Reduce corporate income tax rate from 35% down to 15%
  • Eliminate taxation of investment gains. Set capital gains rate at 0%
  • Expand Medicaid to those with Adjusted Gross Income under $40,000 (adjusted for inflation)
  • Fix individual income tax rates at 21%
  • Phase in a Goods and Services Tax on ALL goods and Services
  • All government regulators appointed by Congress with staggered terms of 10 years
  • Set Term Limits on Congress to 12 years
  • Tax all nonprofits on investment earnings
  • End tenure for all schools subsidized by Federal Government
  • Expand SBA. Require SBA to match Venture Capital investment when such investment drops below $10 billion per quarter
  • Set MPG on passenger autos to 30 MPGs
